[Notice regarding the impact of unstable global situation on international shipping]
There are countries and regions from which Japan Post Service is unable to accept international mails. For these countries/regions, we will ship via DHL, but extra charge may apply.
Even in areas where delivery by Japan Post is possible, shipping cost is higher than usual as SAL (economy air) delivery is suspended.
Please also note that some countries are experiencing delivery delays due to significant flight reductions or cancellations. Your kind understanding would be appreciated.

-Economy Air(SAL) not applicable to the shipment to some countries. Please check here.
If Economy Air is not available, please select Priority Air.
-If you would like to receive your ordering books earlier, we recommend Priority Air.

*SAL (economy air) delivery is currently suspended due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories. We will dispatch the items via Priority Air or DHL.
(Option 2) Registered
-We recommend Registered mail. It is recorded the delivery process. Then, Japanese post office compensates when you cannot receive the book in perfect condition.
-Merchandise damaged or missing in shipment,we are unable to send you replacement copies without registered mail.
-We may ask that adds Registered mail according to the place where you live.

-We will not accept the cancellation of orders. However, if you find any damages on our items or have any troubles, please let us know by e-mail within a week after delivery. We will do our best to handle; file an insurance claim to the shipping courier or send you replacement copies or refund your payment.

-Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
